Job Description:

The Social Media Specialist will be accountable for supporting social media for major global partnerships such as TED and WEF and key sponsored, attended, and the firm's owned events. This role will require strategic content planning and execution providing opportunities to be creative as well as hone content generation and social media marketing skills. The Social Media Specialist will collaborate closely with the wider digital marketing team, global external relations team, as well as local market and Practice Area marketing teams. This is a temporary 6-month role with possibility of renewal at the end of the contract period.  Required travel to major events.

-Digital marketing campaign planning and execution 
-Identifying new content generation opportunities 
-Engaging with leadership and key stakeholders across both the firm's and partnership's organizations 
-Self-starting and working independently 
-Challenging traditional thinking and pushing for better outcomes 
-Teaming, collaboration, and being transparent 

-Extensive knowledge of marketing and social media 
-3-4 years of digital marketing campaign experience with an emphasis on social media 
-Experience creating and executing social media content plans for events 
-Digital marketing experience supporting B2B partnerships 
-Strong written and verbal communication skills 
-Experience creating video content, concepts, and/or scripts 
-Meticulous attention to detail, organized, and strong project management skills 
-Demonstrated skill in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, changing environment
