Job Description:

You will help grow firm's social media program aimed at engaging both candidates and employees on social media, work with local markets across organization, and develop brand advocacy for the firm during this six-month contract. You will play an important new role in firm's expanding Global Digital Marketing team. Job responsibilities include the following: 

-Develop firm's global careers and alumni and staff social media channels through curating content, writing post copy, creating graphics, and scheduling content 
-Develop and maintain best practices, guidelines, and tools for markets to leverage within their own social media efforts 
-Collaborate with larger localization team to identify and execute integrated cross-channel digital campaigns 
-Advise firm's employees on how best to use social media 
-Execute global and local social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram 
-Source and curate content and identify opportunities for firm's #employee advocacy program 
-Work with the Global Social Media team in Boston to coordinate on major campaigns and initiatives 
-Monitor the social media activity to ensure everything runs smoothly and operates efficiently 

-Self-starting and working independently 
-Proactively suggesting and following through on new opportunities 
-Collaborating with your immediate team and firm beyond marketing 
-You have an enthusiastic and optimistic outlook 
-The ability to build strong, long-term relationships with colleagues 
Stepping back to look at the “big-picture” 

-Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in social media (global experience highly preferable) 
-Experience using enterprise social media management tools (i.e. Sprinklr) 
-Familiarity with social media advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram 
-Proven passion and extensive knowledge of marketing and social media 
-Strong written and verbal communication skills 
-Meticulous attention to detail, organized, and strong project management skills 
-Ability to think critically, analyze information, and make actionable recommendations 
-Demonstrated skill in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, changing environment
