Our Leading Live Sports & Events client is looking for a Senior CRM Designer!
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM Senior Designer to bring the live event experience to life through our marketing creative. You will play a key role in ensuring a consistent look, tone and feel for our creative across CRM and lifecycle channels, including email and push notifications. You're a proactive problem-solver and a natural collaborator. You have a fine-tuned aesthetic, insights on current trends, and experience with CRM and other marketing efforts to carry customers through their lifecycle journey. We value creative, self-driven individuals who care about the work they produce and the people they work with—and we love a good sense of humor, too. This role will report into the Creative Director and manage other junior contractor designers.
We are looking for a seasoned design leader who can think deeply about creative systems, understands a product approach to UX/UI design, and has the special visual skills needed to create a forward-thinking, multi-faceted design solutions for email/CRM.
Lead the design for our CRM communications, which includes email, mobile app, and other CRM touch points
Execute on all phases of the CRM design process—from originating creative concepts to creating pixel-perfect visuals to handing off files for implementation
Work within our modular CRM system to develop engaging and innovative communications.
Present developed concepts to team members, stakeholders and the executive team.
Work closely with CRM team on project timeline, creative learning agenda and design innovation in our creative system.
Manage and mentor junior and mid-level designers
6+ years of relevant experience
Experience working with email clients and/or DSPs.
Comfortable mentoring fellow designers
The ability to separate good design from great design and a need to produce the latter.
An outstanding online portfolio, showcasing special instincts in typography, UX, UI, visual design, and ideation.
The ability to simplify a problem, and clearly define ideas.
Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Experience partnering with product owners to develop strategy and rationale for features.
A desire to prototype, explore, and convey design solutions.
A strong belief in user-centered design principles.
An ability to solve your own puzzles or reach out quickly to resources.
Experience working in a managed creative and technical process in conjunction with project management software.
Strong ability to present and sell ideas including telling compelling project stories to bring your work to life.
Strong knowledge of responsive UX/UI design.
Experience with Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC.
