Job Description:

Knowledge / Competencies 
• Minimum 5 years experience in a fast-paced creative environment 
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with partners and partner organizations 
• Is highly organized 
• Follows established file setup structure, naming conventions and archiving 
• Able to provide project team with updates on work, needs, deadlines obstacles, etc. 
• Can confidently present own work to others via face to face, conference call, and email conversations 
• Able to contribute to a presentation, collecting input from all stakeholders and/or delivering content for a particular section 
• Ability to manage deadlines on numerous, concurrent projects through various teams 
• Takes existing concepts and lays them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic 
• Participates in brainstorming and conceptualizing for new campaigns 
• Crafts effective solutions to customer problems regardless of medium, environment and/or audience 
• Analyzes a problem to appropriate depth; doesn’t dive into a solution before doing homework 
• Able to solve problems quickly and accurately 
• Convincingly explains decisions and rationale in documentation, reviews, and presentations 
• Stays familiar with brand guidelines 
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with partners and partner organizations 
• Able to understand directions and give feedback 
• Learns from mistakes and can articulate those lessons 
• Demonstrates a “can do” attitude to all challenges 
• Shows good judgment regarding when to escalate issues 

Intermediate Technical Skills 
• Can create new designs leveraging existing components and recreate assets with minimal direction, when needed 
• Knowledgeable in typography, color theory, layout conversion/production, print design, responsive design 
• Understanding of basic html and CSS styles 
• Web page basics, direct response, advertising, digital advertising 
• Demand generation campaign basics: static banners, landing pages, login promo, confirmation page 
• Correct and catch errors before they leave the studio 
• Understanding of the elements of good design and web best practices 
• Intermediate knowledge of the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications: 
- Acrobat Pro 
- Illustrator 
- InDesign 
- Photoshop 
• Intermediate photo retouching and color correcting skills 
• Proficient at building presentation decks in Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint with animations and builds 
• Flawless preparation of files for digital and print production
