Description:Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Requirements: 
Specific Duties: 

This Dealer Communication/Creative Development Specialist manages content from several areas of the organization and drives them to the appropriate communication channels. The position also involves formatting and adapting content to align with the brand guidelines. New creative content is also produced due to the marketing team’s needs. Duties include but limited to: 

Creation of communication to dealership and internal field personnel. The content is copy edited and formatted. Examples include: marketing/promotions, program announcements/updates, vehicle recalSave & Post

l news, monthly priorities, quarterly planning guides and other relevant dealership / field personnel news. 
Formatting communication messages based on the distribution forum, which can include internal email notifications and/or sharing with appropriate stakeholders to post on internal dealership websites. 
Managing agency work for Newsfeed Communication portal within an internal dealer site; including oversight of message posting, web page layouts, user reporting and metrics, user experience improvements and overall tactics to drive site use. 
Managing posted marketing content on an internal dealer site that requires outreach to content owners and working with the site team to add/update as required. 
Acting as the system administrator for internal dealer code users and working with the appropriate stakeholders to gain permissions when needed. 
Creation of print/digital marketing materials from internal stakeholders (e.g., flyers, banners, signs, guidelines, posters, presentations, etc.) on an as needed basis. 


BA in Marketing, Communications or business related degree 
Graphic Design Experience with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) 
Copy editing and proofing proficiency to ensure accuracy of dealer/field communications 
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Office Suites (Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, and Google+ for communication; Drive for storage; Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) 
Effective time management with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once 
Strong communication skills and capacity to work with many different team members and agencies 
Attention to detail 
Eagerness to learn internal systems and gain understanding of various audiences, products and programs 
Ability to work independently and also as a member of a team 
May be required to drive a company vehicle - valid drivers license & clean driving record required 
May be required to travel - locally for meetings
