Motion Graphics Designer

NOT commercial videos motion/video design
More so social media, email and gif animation

The Motion Graphics Designer provides strategic consulting, planning, and execution of motion graphics and multimedia projects within the creative and digital in-house agency.
• Develop motion graphic and video assets for external, internal, and third party platforms to meet marketing goals, including demos, product features, training, narratives, and rich presentations
• Provide art direction and end-to-end production, including creative concepts, storyboards, animatics, motion graphics, audio/video editing, and delivery
• Participate in pitch, progress, and presentation meetings with marketing partners (clients)
• Provide regular status updates on assigned projects and ensure on-time delivery within budget, and to spec and client need
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with required technical standards; conduct cross-platform testing; research new technology and trends; troubleshoot, test, and analyze technical issues, identify potential solutions and recommendations
• Protect and promote the Wells Fargo brand; ensure assets adhere to brand and verbal standards, compliance and privacy regulations, and web policies
• B.S./B.A./B.F.A. degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Arts, Film, or related field

• Intermediate to advanced skills in motion graphics (Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D), and audio/video editing (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to independently manage multiple creative projects from inception to completion and meet milestone deadlines within complex production schedules
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across disciplines, in an agile team environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely and a willingness to share ideas with clients
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issues, and develop creative design solutions to assignments
• Technologically savvy on PC and Mac; advanced-level knowledge of applications and technologies

Experience requirements
• 5+ years integrated agency (internal or external) experience developing motion graphics and interactive campaigns; portfolio, samples, or reel required
