What You'll Do: 

• You'll ensure all written materials are highly polished and contain the Brand’s voice and tone 
• You'll collaborate with the department and division leads to conceptualize, write, and edit all copy going out to external and company wide internal audiences 
• You'll have complete ownership of projects and activities from concept to completion 
• You'll be able to contribute to the brand voice of the client, its underlying businesses, and its subsidiaries to ensure consistency, professionalism, and accuracy of all written content. 

What You'll Need to be Successful 

• Have a minimum of 5 -7 years related experience and/or training with an emphasis on stronger technical writing background (proposals, caser studies, while papers, etc. ) A strong desire to collaborate and are approachable and accountable 
• You'll need to be able to think creatively and translate ideas into copy 
• Strong writing, grammar and proofreading skills is a must 
• Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills 
• A desire to work in various media (website content, print marketing materials, internal communications) 
• The ability to meet short deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate with various teams, departments, and divisions 
• You have a knack for research and the ability to explore, discuss, and write about new subject matter 
• You think strategically and creatively in order to develop refined, engaging messaging concepts 
• You enjoy working in a team environment across all sections of the business 
• You need to dig deep and become familiar with client’s brand, history, corporate goals, and core ideology. 
• The desire to build relationships with client’s leadership and management team 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school
