Job Description:


  • Collaborating with program manager, organization partners, and vendors to schedule, plan, and execute diversity programs
  • Communicating and guiding access to programs and experiences, including identifying methods to increase attendance
  • Distributing posters, communications assets, and other materials to respective sites and work with local site contacts to coordinate display and execution
  • Collecting and routing inbound requests for diversity experiences and programs
  • Managing budget for assigned programs
  • Reviewing and maintaining the existing content, Workplace groups, and wikis to determine opportunities to improve and ensure the content is current and relevant and the best modality is employed
  • Run surveys to determine program effectiveness
  • Reporting out on attendance completion and program effectiveness
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. Corporate preferred and tech industry preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel in Bay Area to oversee programming in multiple offices
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at different stages in the process
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • Ability to run surveys and compile data to share effectiveness of programming
  • Experience with professional diversity programs in corporate or university environments a plus
