Daily Rate - 3DVM Project Manager
The Design Project Manager stewards Design team project schedules and drives production workflow for all Design deliverables. You will be responsible for the transition from creative to production, tracking project status and functional project timelines, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key reviews and ensuring smooth workflow.
The 3DVM Project Manager will act as the project point person for key 3D Visual Merchandising initiatives and drive project timelines through coordination with creative and production teams. Responsibilities include working with 3D VM Producers to manage project schedules, track deliverables, status, priorities, approvals, workflow, organization, archiving and plan & track resources.
•You have at least five years of experience working with creative teams in an agency environment.
•Your project and time management skills are excellent, you learn quickly, and you can accommodate rapid change.
•You have the ability to organize information quickly and at a high level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward. •You have a deep cultural curiosity and connectedness, including exemplary communication and negotiation skills.
•You understand 3D creation and approval cycles.
•You are an inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic, highly matrixed organization
•You are familiar with Apple applications, including Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar.
Responsibilities specific to 3DVM role include:
Organize standing 3DVM weekly meetings
Build 3DVM team Road Map schedules and identify conflicts with schedules, OOTO, coverage planning
Schedule meetings, reviews and work sessions and all connection points to ensure critical stakeholders are
Facilitate meeting agendas & compile meeting recaps for office hours and weekly project check-ins
Update and maintain 3DVM project timelines & project trackers for cross functional distribution
Maintain and distribute a weekly "hot sheet" of project priorities for team members.
Create project summaries to share and socialize with internal and external partners
Archive creative work after completion for future reference
Work with Producers to identify resourcing needs, meeting with Resource Management to align weekly
Assist in creating Scope of Work & Response to Brief documents for vendors and internal teams (SOW)
Assist Producers in facilitation of initial resource forecast
Assist in maintenance of Planet and other project management tools
Consistently reevaluating workflow for efficiencies and identifying tool opportunity for the group
This position requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5-7 years working with creative teams in an agency environment. The position is full time in our Cupertino and Sunnyvale locations.
