Seeking a Junior Production Artist in SF to join a fun and exciting apparel team!
This retail experience team is looking for an exceptional print production artist to hire as soon as possible. The print production artist will assist the Associate Art Director and team of two Graphic Designers with day-to-day workload, with an emphasis on executing the retail style guide that publishes to the fleet by monthly drop. This may include photographing the floorset, organizing files on the server, retouching the images and importing them into Indesign templates. Other marketing collateral projects (such as print pieces for PR and community events, and setting up packaging mechanicals) to be assigned as needed.
• Previously internship as a print production artist or designer – 2 years experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow graphic standards
• Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including basic image retouching skills and ability to generate print-ready mechanicals
• Time management
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple projects
• Team player
