The 5G Product Marketing team is looking for a seasoned professional that is familiar with Client processes and procedure to lead the customer trial qualitative/quantitive feedback mechanism and reporting for 5G Ultra Wideband products in the B2B space (VBG). Job function will include coordinating/facilitating demo hardware distribution via Vienna Channel (and other outlets) digesting and serving up relevant consumer and marketplace insights from qualitative studies, quantitative surveys, research and statistical analysis, visualization, ideation/innovation work, insight communication, analytical tool development, text analytics, tracking and monitoring tools, etc.
A key objective is word-class insights delivery is the integration of research, data and insights across the various sources and disciplines, so that decision makers receive a fully informed perspective and data are presented as the single source of truth. Taking direction from senior managers, the candidate will have responsibility to enable greater integration on 5G projects and across disciplines and director teams; by doing so the business value in terms of deliverable quality and timeliness of CMI insights will be increased.
Support high-priority 5G projects as needed in any/all teams to enable quality and speed of delivery and report out on them weekly.
Define and answer the right questions to resolve business problem as well as be able to identify business opportunities effectively and efficiently.
Synthesize data across multiple sources.
Knowledge of questionnaire design and processing logic in order to be able to pull data correctly.
Bring energy and collaboration to help the team deliver insights and research.
Maintain knowledge and awareness of relevant Verizon departments
Partner, consult and collaborate with leader of each Line of Business to identify and address key business issues and provide actionable consumer insights that drive Verizon's competitive advantage of the 5G Ultra wideband product .
