As a Design Research Coordinator you’ll partner with researchers across multiple product areas to strategize and execute on various recruiting proposals. You’ll act as an integral part in the research, helping kick-off projects and leading the full-cycle participant recruiting process. You’re responsible for advising research on timelines and managing expectations, while keeping ethical protocols top-of-mind.
Experience recruiting design research participants, including: designing screeners, email distribution, phone screening, building panels, and incentive payments
Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with researchers
Demonstrated proficiency with office productivity tools including email, web browser, spreadsheet, database queries and word processing applications
Great verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
Ability to inform others of the policies and ethical codes related to conducting user research
BA/BS in communications, marketing, social science, psychology, computer science, cognitive science, or other field emphasizing human behavior
