Specific role responsibilities include:

Project description: 

• Enterprise Learning is looking for a passionate Product Owner to drive the product vision and optimize the learner experience for learning technologies. The Enterprise Learning Technology team manages a portfolio of technologies that include Learning Management System (LMS), the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), virtual classroom technologies, classroom technologies, and other learning applications. As a member of the team you will be responsible for supporting learning systems through configuration, testing, advocacy, and functionality, while consulting with business clients. 

• In this role you will communicate the product vision for the learning technologies you own. You will be responsible for working from the customer backwards to make sure the product provides the optimal user experience. You will partner with vendors, HR Tech, business leaders, and learning stakeholders from across the organization to manage the product backlog and feature requests. In addition, this role will focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable, and high performing solutions. 


Job Details 

Communicate the product vision for learning technology 

• Synthesize user needs and convert them into features for technology enhancement 

• Manage system configuration needs in partnership with HR Tech 

• Manage processes for upgrades, including user acceptance testing and regression testing, as well as tracking system defects and enhancements 

• Partner with technology vendors to drive vendor roadmap in alignment with product vision and the product backlog 

• Provide support for unique product issues that are escalated to you and/or the vendor 

• Benchmark other companies to identify best practices 

• Work with HR Tech and other product owners on system integrations 

• Proactive monitoring of system performance 

• Identifying gaps and taking actions to completion 

• Collaborating with other product owners to ensure integrated end-to-end experiences 


Previous experience preferred 

• Associate Degree or Military Experience 

• At least 2 years of experience working with a human resources technology or at least 2 years of experience working with a learning technology 

• At least 1 year of experience with client consulting, project management or data analysis 

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) 

• At least 2 years of experience working in a product management position (preferred) 

• At least 1 year of experience working with an Agile Development Methodology (preferred) 

• Basic understanding of the training environment (preferred) 

• Experience with Docebo learning management system (preferred) 

• Experience with Salesforce or other process management software (preferred) 

• Experience with Adobe Connect and/or Zoom for virtual training (preferred) 

• Experience with Cohort learning (preferred)
