Job Description:

The role manages the execution of Consumer Marketing strategies, including the integration of advertising, promotions, and sponsorship, to deliver against company objectives and alignment with go-to-market plans:
• Partner with regional and local teams to ensure alignment with the business strategy, brand guidelines, and compliance with the Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC) 
• Translate high-level direction into desired specifications for production/delivery of promotional marketing materials, including print, digital, direct mail and call-center promotions
• Drive cross-functional collaboration  and company-wide teams
• Manage finance processes (including Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Budget Tracking)
• Project Management (Managing Risks, Timelines, Vendors and Stakeholders)
• Ensure the culture of data-driven decisions, measurement, and consumer insights

• Demonstrated success in leveraging insights for a consumer marketing campaign 
• Demonstrated success in leading execution across different geographies, adapting quickly to changing priorities & aggressive timelines
• Proven ability in reviewing and selecting creative content that drives consumer preference/ satisfaction across channels 
• Demonstrated capability for identifying innovative tactics in utilizing evolving media opportunities
• Demonstrated success in producing a report proving the return of investment for a campaign 

• Leading consumer marketing initiatives & demonstrating results
• Managing finance processes, understanding accounting rules & reporting
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics and benchmarks
• Fluency with collaboration tools and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing)
• Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Knowledge of the payments industry is a plus
