Job Description:

AQUENT is supporting a global luxury beauty brand in their search for a Store Designer + Project Manager in Miami, FL! This is covering travel retail sites such as duty free stores in airports, etc. SIS experience is appreciated in this role. This is a long-term FT Freelance opportunity with subsidzied health benefits!

Job description includes but not limited to:
· Understand and decode brand’s image and translate into qualitative permanent projects, integrating marketing and commercial needs.
· Manage successfully permanent projects throughout design, bidding, technical phase, Follow Up to Installation within time and budget constraints
· Follow up brand roll out strategy
· React promptly on requested repairs
· Report all actions to Lancôme/IT cosmetics division manager

Scope of work includes but not limited to:
· Effective project management/ follow up and reporting
· Design Services, renders & client presentation
· Fabrication plans markup, including Fabrication details, Floor plans, Back-Wall Elevations, free standing furniture Elevations, Signage Design
· Coordinate that all PLV elements would be installed with the permanent furniture
· Bidding/ call for tender/ vendor management and development
· Fabrication follow up and inspections
· Applying quality control standards
· Punch list report and follow up
· Follow up with commercial and marketing to get Performance studies before/after launch action (permanent and events)
· Keep track of all repairs responding promptly and effectively

Experience: 

  • 3-5 Years Experience in Retail/Store Design
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Portfolio
