Job Description:

Duties:

- Client Services and Account Manager for the Creative Shop Small Buissiness Group (who does not currently have a sales team)

- Responsible for managing relationships with clients/client services

- Help source businesses for 1:1's, immersions and workshops

- Manage communication with businesses- client facing owner on our team

- Help plan workshops from logistics to follow up

- May help set up campaigns, organic content, use free tools (groups, messenger) for clients

- Must have thorough knowlsege of ads manager, LWI and IG Promote

- Must have thorough knowledge of ad products. 

Skills:

  • Prior experience at social media company a plus, ideally as a CSM or Account Manager
  • Digital Marketing
  • Campaign Management

  • Great Communication
  • Collaborative with partners on ours or other teams
  • Excellent writing, organization skills
  • Confident at trouble shooting autonomously and navigating to solution
  • Prior experience working in collaborative environments
  • Proactive- go getter, has an idea and runs with it
  • Experience working with a creative /strategy team

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 4 years working in digital marketing/advertising and client services
