Job Description:

The Content Operations function will assist with operationalizing and optimizing the process and infrastructure through which Global Business Marketing plans and manages marketing and sales content. This includes working with internal teams to make sure that all content projects are properly ingested into the common pipeline and library, tagged correctly, housed correctly, and updated throughout their lifecycle.  

This role will sit with GBM teams in [Singapore | London | New York/MPK], supporting the Head of Content Operations.


  • Oversee intake of projects into the planning pipeline, ensuring all critical path information is collected to resource the work
  • Support updates to projects in the project management tool
  • Confirm projects are closed accurately and that all content is tagged and findable in appropriate channel inventories and the digital asset manager
  • Support the development and implementation of ongoing process and infrastructure improvements
  • Train marketing managers on process expectations and tool use
  • Troubleshoot process and tools with Marketing Managers as necessary
  • Maintain high functioning working environments across project management, creative and asset management tools
  • Assist in auditing content in preparation for planning cycles
  • Develop understanding of content inventory and opportunities for team improvements


  • 4-5 years of relevant or related working experience in operations preferred
  • Strong tool proficiency in collaboration, project/program management, and digital asset management (DAM)
  • Experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in a medium to large global organization
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of marketing content strategies
