Job Description:

Large Media and Entertainment client in Glendale, CA is seeking a Coordinator to join their Consumer Products team. This is a 6-month temporary role with the possibility of extending. 

Responsibilities

  • Manages correspondence and timelines and collection of forecast information 
  • Assists in analysis for quarterly forecast reviews as needed 

Brand and Content Management: 

  • In conjunction with / support of the Franchise team: 
    • Ensure timely approvals of licensee's marketing elements in OPA 
    • Provide any licensee /product information in support of marketing and brand presentations and sales meetings 

Category Management: 

  • Research and respond to licensee requests 
  • Provide support in the contract and amendment process 
  • Provide research and analysis as needed (licensee specific, market, trends etc.) 
  • Manage day-to-day relationship for designated licensees 

Presentations: 

  • Develop Keynote decks for both internal and external presentations as needed 
  • Translate analysis into presentation ready formats 

Product Development: 

  • Work with the Product Development team approve and maintain line lists 
  • Liaise with Product Development team to ensure timely approval of products which may include: lead meetings; coordinates programs across all categories; reviews line lists; responds to product development team in the case of OPA submission changes; executes merchandising plans; public relations and advertising coordination. 
  • Prepare product presentations included but not limited to internal line reviews 
  • Ensure licensee product lines reflect brand quality and brand/property objectives 
  • Coordinate approvals across segments and franchise teams for multi-property products 

Retail, Sales and Marketing: 

  • Provide all needed product and licensee information to the sales and marketing team to support retail road shows and presentations

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Highly detail-oriented 
  • Self-starter, motivated and proactive 
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills 
  • Solid presentation skills 
  • Exceptional computer skills (Keynote, Excel, Power Point, Word) 
  • Friendly, people oriented team player 
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments 
  • Passion for the brand and familiarity with Classic properties a plus

Preferred Qualifications: 1 year experience in Toys, Gaming

Required Education: Bachelor's degree
