The Merchandising team works cross-functionally with the Digital and Direct Product Management and IT teams to enhance and create new experiences onour site & apps to drive premium revenue. As the AEM Development lead, you'll work with internal stakeholders to allow customers to fulfill all of their travel needs on our Digital channels. You'll have an eye for detail and help position our products. You'll keep your stakeholders up-to-date and build consensus on revenue-driving initiatives. You're comfortable with ambiguity, build relationships, have a bias toward action and take products to market quickly on behalf of our customers. Responsibilities: - Partner with teams in designing and implementing AEM solutions associated with product/project teams work streams - Ensure quality assurance and site hygiene for digital content products on our site - Collaborate with teams of IT developers, UX designers, and cross-functional business teams to successfully deliver initiatives - Develop clear, concise copy that maintains a clear and consistent brand voice - Error logging, management, tracking, resolution and prevention as needed across all of our channels, including the website & Apps & across AEM environments - Research & development of optimization opportunities & innovative new ideas for product positioning AEM experience with: - Content management across multiple staging and production environments - Localization of content on pop-ups, modals, banners, etc. - Dynamic data display modules - Responsive web development
The Project Manager will be on the Merchandising Team working with content API (working with 2 of everything now; looking to streamline); The client wants to move to the way they talk about their products, within content API, make the change; and this changes all the different channels. You will helping the manager the content within the AEM, & partnering with IT team; Needs to be comfortable working with IT, speaking their language, & translat over to business side.
Quality assurance - across platforms, different sources are feeding content to all the channels; You'll need to continue that content is consistent; work with Product Mgrs/IT mgrs to update consistent content (if we're not the owners); advise diffrerent product owner with clear consistent brand voice; working with external partners as well; work to get the content onto our site; attention to detail for getting content from 1 environment to next is imperative, & promoting this to production; content management as well. We are ambiguous, not all is outlined as steps A, B, C. Must be a critical thinker, figuring things out along the way.
- BS/BA required - Expert level development skills in AEM with strong experience with AEM communities, sites and forms - Thorough exposure of web content management and content publishing / deployment - Experience in coordinating and working with developers in team-based environment - Ability to translate technical nomenclature to leadership and non-technical counterparts - Strong leadership, written and oral communication skills - Positive, humble, curious and can-do attitude that inspires others - Proven track record of successfully working in a cross-departmental team environment and delivering results on time - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager required - Knowledge of airline/travel landscape and consumer behavior preferred.
