Job Description:


  • Gather recruiting specifications from PSO New Products team for upcoming alpha/beta tests for business products
  • Identify candidate pools to recruit from 
  • Design surveys to screen for criteria in partnership with PSO New Products Program Manager
  • Screen candidates by phone, email, and survey 
  • Maintain an up-to-date log of all recruiting activity for XFN partners to access
  • Confirm participation of screened candidates for new product/feature alpha/beta tests/studies 
  • Ensure that NDAs are signed prior to test start 
  • Regularly communicate with confirmed participants to ensure they are ready to test the new products/feature before tests/studies launch
  • Schedule regular check-ins with participants during an ongoing test/study
  • Ensure compensation is delivered
  • Work collaboratively with Participant Recruiting team and the PSO New Products Teams


  • Experience with using online collaborative document/spreadsheet tools 
  • Commitment to excellent customer service 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment 
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments 
  • Flexible and able to quickly react to last-minute changes 
  • Be proactive and self-directed with an ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions where needed
  • Understand how to assimilate in a new group with a proven record of solid connections and successful relationships 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic 
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Passionate about social media


  • B.S. or B.A. preferred 
  • 2+ years of experience with research participant recruiting preferred
