Job Description:

Designer will be working closely with project design leads to contribute and support design needs across the UX team. 

Overall Responsibilities:
Designer will take initiative to clarify important assumptions before significant work is done.
Their completed work is considered high quality, though he/she may need significant feedback from more senior staff. 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Consistently finishes design-tasks within the scope of a larger project. These tasks will be defined and refined by a lead designer and are scoped so that a single designer could finish within a given timeframe. 
Designer will need to make steady progress without constant guidance. 
They will be able to solve problems that would be familiar to their team, using existing resources and processes. 

Required Skills:
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 
Experience collaborating with product teams on technical implementation 
Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment. 
Experience working with the following tools: Google Slides, Sketch, & Principle 

Nice to have Skills (not required): 
5+ years of professional experience 
Knowledge of HTML, CSS 
Proven ability to work in a team, regularly present work and action on feedback
