The Contracted resource will be responsible for leading the tactical execution in preparation for the projected early 2020 launch of the 3 Moncolonal Antibodies for the US Oncology Biosimilars portfolio. 

This role will report to the US Team Leader, Oncology Biosimilars and will interface extensively with cross-functional partners within the Oncology BU and Global biosimilars team. 

o Lead development of promotional materials for HCPs and patients including value proposition, product positioning, messaging, etc 
o Work in close collaboration with value marketing to execute “cost & coverage” strategies and tactics 
o Work in close collaboration with PCA and the pricing team to determine the optimal pricing and access strategy 
o Support elements of Go-To-Market Model design, including field force sizing & structure, targeting, segmentation, etc 
o Lead the creation and execution of launch meeting and POA plans 
o Partner with Training team and sales leadership on development and execution of field force training curriculum 

• FF approval communications (including FAQ) 
• FF, KAM and Account Management training 
• Cost calculator 

• US Oncology Marketing 
• US Oncology Sales (RLIO, Hematology, Breast Cancer Field Forces, Key Account Management Team) 
• Review Committee members (Legal, Regulatory, Medical) 
• US Finance team 

NY HQ or Collegeville PA is acceptable 
5-10 years of experience 
onsite with some remote options later on 

What is the minimum education experience required?: • BA required 
• MBA Preferred but not essential 
• Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing experiences a plus 
• Agency experience a plus
