Job Description:


- Structure human-centered research using a variety of generative and evaluative research methodologies to identify and understand customer motivations, needs, and pain points

- Translate and visualize key findings into actionable insights and frameworks that simplify complex ideas and inspire teams to deliver experiences customers love

- Guide teams in reframing their questions and assumptions into clear research goals, testable hypotheses, and learning plans

- Work seamlessly as a key team member on cross-functional product teams, from designers and writers to product managers and engineers

- Scale community knowledge around research methods for today (e.g. mobile) and the future 


- A minimum of 6 to 9 years of qualitative research experience working across multiple platforms, including mobile with a proven ability to scope and lead researching including conducting interviews, leading synthesis, and communicating findings to stakeholders

- Expertise in a broad range of methodologies including: ethnographic research, site visits, interviews, diary studies, usability testing, and putting together long-term research plans

- Superior creativity and passion for what you do

- Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage complex projects in a timely manner

- Strong leadership qualities that enable you to lead cross-functional teams and third party partners when needed

- Able to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information and present the results to the stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Portfolio that includes examples of leading strategic research with significant business outcomes
