Job Description:

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the creation for all external education materials to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Consult with Program Managers on appropriate learning solutions, conduct needs analysis, and develop all support and evaluation plans.
  • Create learning solutions for multiple delivery methods including instructor-led, web-based, virtual classroom, and blended instruction.
  • Manage deliverables for content developers, media developers, third-party vendors and provide support to Program Managers
  • Perform ongoing analysis of both our programs and market trends to ensure our initiatives remain at the front of the field
  • Mange the relationship and development of content with key SME (Subject Matter experts)

Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory/Required Skills:

  • 5-7 years of instructional designer experience with proven project management track record
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent project management skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
  • Experience in successfully designing, developing, delivering, and improving high-quality learning solutions including web-based learning technologies / webinar delivery.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills: presents clearly and articulates concepts well to a large audience.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, an understanding of group and corporate dynamics.
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape.
  • Senior ID/ Project management expectations
  • Become a content expert, and provide content, instructional design, and visual feedback to 3rd parties responsible for execution and creation
  • Be able to fully own and execute deliverables from kick off to implementation.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and ensure that all the execution steps have been thought through with clear owners with a clear timeline
  • Assist in all aspects of the content development process: Take screenshots if needed, test queries, Submit queries to the PMM team etc.
  • Ensure documentation is up to date: That includes any training tracker, training recap with metrics, the product marketing hub or the portal, and the Drive folder and any other required documentation
  • Follow up on emails on a regular basis, schedule meetings, and close projects especially the projects that you own end to end
  • Drive towards deadlines and close projects out in a timely manner in a way to meet the business priorities
  • Jump in when needed on projects and build urgent deliverables such as ILTs, eLearning, or infosheets or write video scripts When needed, assist in training delivery and manage events on the ground
  • Support in other projects as needed

  • Masters in any discipline
