We are looking for a Project Manager that will be responsible for the facilitation of the delivery of marketing activities across a new product line of business launching this fall.
As Project Manager, you will drive the overarching process for campaigns connecting the brand, channel, creative, media, legal, localization, and production teams to ensure all deliverables are identified, scoped, and handled through to completion. You are someone that has an instinctual ability to anticipate what’s next and is confident in solving complex problems and in defining and executing next steps. You operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and have the ability to process information quickly and in a manner that is consistent with existing procedures.
To do all this, you will thrive on building productive relationships and enjoy using your emotional intelligence to determine the right way to engage multiple partners in a fast moving, highly matrix organization.
Minimum 5-8 years demonstrated project management experience running complex creative and entertainment 360 campaigns/projects.
Demonstrated experience building rapport and credibility with senior executives.
Experience in film and television industry.
PMP/PMO and marketing experience a plus.

Project Manage creative projects from inception to completion including schedules, budget, and deliverable tracking.
Partner closely with brand and channel leads to understand their business needs and to manage expectations.
Partner seamlessly with Creative Producers, staying lock step on the schedule and delivery of creative assets and providing business information as needed.
Schedule and lead the set up of stakeholder creative reviews. Set agendas, take notes, and drive clear communication and accuracy in process of addressing feedback.
Lead processes with teams outside of the marketing group including legal, business affairs, and localization teams.
Design and execute great project kickoffs that inspire and debriefs that carry learning's forward.
Be the central point of information for the project — maintain delivery status trackers and distribution of hot sheets.
Maintain a consolidated view of the budget for a project providing updates to stakeholders as required.
Promote and enable smooth workflow and communication between departments. Ensure clarity of ownership and roles and responsibilities in getting to delivery.
Maintain close connection to the brand lead and show marketing lead to see a macro perspective on strategic priorities for the line of business.
Education & Experience
BA/BS or equivalent required
