Main Responsibilities: 
Assess existing functional competencies of functions and roles against our new Job Catalogue (800 generic job profiles/2500 different Salary Grades). Build plan to achieve 100% 
Evaluate “off the shelf” competency frameworks as an enabling starting points for the gaps we have 
Work closely with the Functional Deans and Global HRBLs (potentially business stakeholders) to agree definitions for core functional competencies with 4 proficiency degrees each 
2,500 Job profiles need to be mapped against competencies (19 JFGs and 84 Job Families) 
Key experiences / skills required 

Ideal work experience: Organization Development or Learning background, Experience with Functional Competency Frameworks 
Strategic thinking, Excellent written and communication skills and able to navigate through ambiguity 
Strong in Stakeholder Management and Project Management 
Experience driving decision making, facilitating alignment across different perspectives 
4-7 years exp
