Aquent is seeking a System Team Support individual who will provide system analysis support and program coordination to our technology client in Spring, TX.  The larger team is reinventing how they deliver technology to their customers - and this is an exciting opportunity to join a great organization!

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 
• Support cross-functional activities and ensure team readiness at each stage of service developing process 
• Provide support to program, involving multiple functions and project teams, to help drive the development and implementation process for a service offering 
• Support the development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program 
• Support the activities of project teams and internal development partners 
• Help ensure progress against established plan, making recommendations to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule 
• Support the maintenance of a dashboard of key project metrics 
• Support the communication of program progress, escalations, and issue analysis as needed 
• Collaborate and recommend changes to service, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules 
• Support continuous improvement of project management throughout the team 
• Support the preparation project plans, objectives, and deliverables, as needed


- Project Coordination or Program Management experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
