Job Description:

Aquent is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for interacting with internal Legal, Compliance, Governance and Data Protection teams, as well as developing metrics to track, demonstrate, and expand compliant data use. The right candidate will also be required to be an active contributor in Privacy forums and organizations. They must be excellent communicators and have an ability to translate the complex in to understandable and actionable forms. Work includes performing privacy impact assessments and privacy audits.

Hourly Rate: DOE


  • Manages interactions with Privacy office to ensure compliance to Privacy by Design and Data Protection principles for products, services and processes
  • Privacy expert to local engineering teams and maintains alignment with Data Governance team
  • Identifies areas of improvement in local practices relative to managing data privacy
  • Performs regular privacy assessments of operational processes, identifying, and mitigating risks
  • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively assist Change Management efforts across an organization

Education and Experience Required: 

  • Bachelor's in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences with technology emphasis and or experience
  • 5+ years Project Management experience
  • Privacy certification preferred (CIPP-E, CIPP-US, CIPM)
  • Familiarity with risk management principles
  • 3 years' experience in privacy / data protection
