Accountable for working with Training and Awareness leads to develop communication and execute security training plans to effectively and consistently maintain information protection awareness and behavior across the organization. This work is part of the overall company Information Protection Program overseen by Risk Management. 

Security training planning, communication and follow-up will include, but is not limited to: 

Email Phishing Campaigns 
• At direction of team leads support execution of email phishing campaigns 
• Coordinate remediation activities after campaigns including review and triage of outcomes 
• Assist with email phishing training compliance tracking for organization 
• Provide content for training program results reporting 

Annual Security Training / Privileged User Training 
• Coordinate compliance tracking for various training events 
• Assist with managing escalation steps and communication for non-compliance 

"Protecting the Columns” Program / Security Awareness Activities 
• Cybersecurity Awareness Month support 
• Manage security related contests and monthly quizzes 
• Develop new articles and content related to information protection program 


1) Very strong written and verbal communication and creativity skills 

2) Ability to convey, both written and verbally, complex technical topics in a manner that can be easily understood by a variety of target audiences 

3) Ability and comfort in providing feedback/coaching to all levels of the organization 

4) Four or more years of experience in training or communications with a demonstrated knowledge in technology required; cybersecurity knowledge preferred 

5) Two or four year college degree in communications or technology discipline preferred 

6) Proven ability to effectively function in time sensitive situations
