Job Description:

The Project Manager works directly with the Delivery Director to oversee multiple, simultaneous projects. This includes managing projects within required timeframes and budgets; maintaining effective communication channels between Aquent and client stakeholders; and providing calm, concise, measured leadership to multiple, diverse, embedded teams. 

Successful Candidates... 
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience for both clients and talent 
• Positively represent Aquent to the client at all times 
• Ensure work is completed to client specifications, including on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high levels of quality and quantity 
• Create and maintain effective business relationships including issue resolution, de-escalation, and diplomacy 
• Apply critical thinking skills to complex billing / workflow questions, to achieve fair and equitable solutions to both the client and Aquent 
• Demonstrate concise, audience-appropriate, written and verbal communication skills 
• Seek and accept additional responsibilities for greatest value and positive impact 
• Collaborate with the other Aquent team members to share knowledge and experience 
• Lead and manage calmly, under pressure, with integrity and compassion 

• Generate and provide accurate project reporting and analysis on a weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis 
• Ensure that project teams have the knowledge and support required to complete assigned tasks, including clear, concise direction and task assignment 
• Maintain clear information flow regarding project status and information impacting scope, schedule, process, budget, and quality 
• Continually analyze projects for optimization and efficiency, providing input and recommendations regarding process improvements, organizational strategies and direction, new technologies and tools 

• 2+ years of project management or project leadership experience, preferably in a consulting environment, with demonstrated ability managing large, simultaneous, complex projects 
• Experience in the technology industry working with multi-faceted, technically complex projects requiring interaction with multiple stakeholders 
• Experience working in the content space as a content developer or technical writer 
• Experience with content development lifecycles 
• Comfort managing widely disparate personalities and experience levels 
• Proactive independent problem-solving ability in complex fast-paced situations 
• Impeccable attention-to-detail and a high degree of accuracy 
• Experience working to KPIs and SLAs, including measurement, analysis, and reporting 
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus 
• Experience tracking work in Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Studio Team Server (VSTS), Azure DevOps, or similar.
