Job Description:

Aquent's Fortune500 client in Woonsocket, RI is looking for a Program Analyst for a 4 month assignment (40/hrs 5 days on site) with strong potential to extend beyond.


This individual will be supporting the roll out of our Automated Retail Kiosk program. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and help with day to day administrative and analytic functions of this program. 

Primary Duties 
• Planogram maintenance and tracking 
• Develops monitors and tracks go live checklists 
• Assist the development of, and execute reporting for sales and inventory metrics. Using Excel and SQL 
• Execute on going and ad-hoc reporting and trend analysis 
• Vendor funding program administration 
• Internal process administration such as sending product samples, coordination with accounting and finance, coordination with marketing 

Secondary Duties 
• Operational coordination between Company and Swyft, partner in this program 
• Preparing and editing item content for user interface updates 
• Assist with location scouting and market analysis 
• Assist with Financial modeling 
• Assist with site specific marketing plans 

Required Qualifications 
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with MS of Excel, including ability to construct and manipulate pivot tables, and financial models 
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines while utilizing the highest level of attention to detail 
• Experience writing SQL database queries with working knowledge for extraction and manipulation of data 
• Basic understanding of retail economics 

Preferred Qualifications 
• Experience in an analytics, strategy, or project management role strongly preferred 
• Experience constructing complex models in order to meet business case requirements strongly preferred 
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
