Job Description:

As Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to guide the project team in creating the highest quality deliverables, thereby exceeding clients’ expectations. You will ensure the mission is understood as the project transitions from phase to phase, the team has adequate time and information, appropriate questions are asked, suitable resources are assigned, and the project is QA’d effectively and delivered according to schedule. You will be the face to the client directing meetings, participating in internal brainstorming and review sessions, and client presentations. You will maintain a positive relationship with our clients, managing the project to ensure client satisfaction, while also pushing back where necessary; in order to ensure delivery is within scope, on time, and within budget. We will only look at candidates who can commute to our office in Boston, MA with occasional travel to our Portsmouth, NH office.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

  • Working with the project team to identify strategies and solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborating with the sales team to scope potential projects
  • Participating in project activities to ensure relevancy, strategy, quality and timelines
  • Communicating project status, progress and concerns
  • Creating project plans, deadlines and changes
  • Monitor resource requirements, including coordinating with Contractors
  • Manage project budget
