We're looking for an Account Manager for one of our leading Entertainment clients in NYC.
Description/Comment: Manager will be responsible for overseeing project management for advertiser driven cross-platform brand solutions.
Manage development and execution of cross-platform (linear, digital, social etc.) deals.
• Idea generation and creation of pitch materials (RFPs and proactive).
o Actively participate in idea generation
o Create all client-facing pitch materials that detail (customized and market-wide) sponsorship opportunities
o Build consensus among key stakeholders to obtain approval on the ideas (Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.)
• Attend client meetings to pitch ideas
• Manage activation process for deals that sell-through: timelines, approvals, production shoots, post-production, etc.)
o Lead kick-off calls
o Creative approval process
o Any/all shoot preparation
o Manage an on-set shoots – script delivery, client hosting, problem solving, balance show and client creative needs etc.
o Responsible for ensuring project elements are delivering across all platforms.
o Oversee all post production to ensure content launches properly
o Oversee related documentation: deal agreement letters, budget management, billing, research etc.
• Oversee creation deal recaps and research
Serves as expert over a specialty content area (e.g., a show or account).
Manage show and department related documentation: budget management, department status reports, case studies, research, competitive analysis, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with studios/producers and internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Legal, BS&P, Programming, PR, Sales, etc.)
Provide guidance to other team members.
Accountable for the revenue performance around a specialty content area (e.g., a show, account or project) to maximize partnership opportunities and revenue.
