Job Description:

The Marketing Manager for our major Healthcare client will support the strategic marketing efforts of our National Growth and Acquisition Portfolio throughout the planning, development and execution process. Individual will demonstrate a passion and curiosity for creating impactful marketing campaigns that drive and achieve business results. Demonstrated experience with advertising and digital marketing channels, lead generation, budget management, campaign reporting and stewardship of program execution critical to achieving success. Position requires the ability to navigate within a highly matrixed environment and lead and motivate cross functional teams without direct authority. 


Primary Responsibilities: 
• Collaborates with business leads, key internal stakeholders, and internal functional partners to identify marketing objectives, key milestones; manage program execution, budgets, timeline etc. 
• Translates customer understanding and insight, identifies communication touch points and develops solutions that create meaningful results 
• Leads internal and external agencies and suppliers in the development of creative work and strategic marketing solutions 
• Directs and influences multiple functions or disciplines without direct authority to establish and implement project roadmap; manages program from start to finish 
• Leads and facilitates approval process to ensure leadership is aligned and feedback incorporated 
• Creates campaign tracking plan, evaluates results, identifies best performing marketing activities, refines plan and implements improvements into future marketing initiatives 
• Manages budget including monthly forecast needs, invoicing process and ongoing stewardship 

Required Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's Degree 
• 5-years of marketing experience with blend of marketing, strategic planning, project management and marketing implementation experience 
• Experience working within a highly matrix organization 
• Proven success in the creation and management of innovative integrated marketing campaigns; ability to develop tactical plans and compelling marketing messages 
• Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints 
• Experience working within a cross-functional team to deliver results on complex initiatives 
• Experience managing agency and/or external vendor relationships 
• Strong, proven analytical skills; ability to analyze and interpret data as well as report and monitor program/campaign performance 
• Excellent organizational skills, strong written / oral communication skills, solid presentation skills and attention to detail 
• Experience managing marketing/campaign budget
