Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced, collaborative Graphic Designer to work closely with our design team and stakeholders across the organization on templated assets, PowerPoint presentations, and display ads for digital marketing campaigns. 


• Designs visuals across a range of mediums (digital, web, print, signage, promotional items) with a focus on templated and standardized assets: datasheets, solution briefs, executive briefs, partner briefs, industry solution briefs, display ads (OEM, event, campaigns), signatures, ebooks

• Helps to maintain creative project request process (we use Asana) and clearly communicate production processes to organization; manages multiple projects simultaneously, proactively reprioritizing with your teammates and stakeholders when necessary as determined by competitive issues

• Acts as a key player in the strategic design process of complex or ongoing projects, assuming responsibility for the overall execution of design elements; translates detailed information into simple and effective presentations; revises or reimagines templates for existing materials 

• Reinforces brand guidelines across Boomi; works closely with director and teammates to maintain a visually on-brand rang of collateral and overall web presence

• Assist with design elements, formatting and general branding cleanup for PowerPoint and other presentations with stakeholders across the organization 

• Helps to organize, migrate and maintain organized assets libraries (Gdrive, CC libraries, Brand Folder)

• Remains current on design trends, including graphics, website, social, and video

• Works with outside vendors, as needed, on producing creative projects or digital assets


• BA/BS, or equivalent work experience; 3+ years of graphic design experience supporting creative services, marketing team(s), or working in an art department required; enterprise software or SaaS industry experience is a plus but not required

• Must include portfolio; and/or the link to the online portfolio of work that best demonstrates your visual design abilities – applicants will not be considered without samples of work

• Expert understanding of layout, visual design, and typography for branding in all marketing collateral across the following vehicles: digital, web, print, tradeshow/signage; print and web asset design capabilities: must know how to work in both for integrated campaigns 

• Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint

• Experience in brand development and implementation of brand guidelines
