Graphic Designe - Sr. level - Global Beauty

 


Concepts, layouts, creative suites for concept in graphic design needs 
Project - no there’s just a ton of SKU’s - launching all types of products all the time - this person will take on one project/launch and running with - so may work on multiples of these at a time 
Email, social, website, advertising 
360 graphic designer 
Indesign, photoshop, illustraor expert, must haves 
Aftereffects light editing a plus 
Retouching a plus 
Comps in photoshop needed 
Swipes are required - elevated swipes - eye for swipes 
Clean aesthetic - not a ton a work, over massed commercial (don't love busy aesthetic) 

Working with HM daily 
beauty/fashion industry - agency is fine with luxury fashion, beauty is useful 
Creative director - ideally someone with experience senior art director - business needs on top of design so they can individually move the project along (HM doesnt have time to hand hold, needs to take direction and run with it) 


Example: 
Change copy for this - you take that and thinks about that instead of just doing as told- not a ton of hand holding 

Aesthetic - 
Large agency work strong in beauty - (no boutique agency - “loyd and co” “ baron and baron” ”laird and partners” “select new york” - all agencies that would be great to pull from -- HM is from Aedeline 
Style color, typography 

Template 
OVERVIEW: 
Responsible for the 360 creative concept, development and execution of collection launch materials including campaign activation, direct mail, in-store collateral, co-op advertising, promotions, and digital for global programs and special projects. The individual will develop and distribute assets on a global basis and work closely with local markets to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to. 

Partner with cross-functional digital team, conceptualize, produce and execute on-brand creative content for all digital/social platforms. Ability to produce quickly and prolifically, while reacting to trends and helping to continually evolve the brand’s platforms. 

• Conceptual thinking and hands-on design skills 
• Responsible for the development of impactful design concepts for print and digital programs. 
• Superior knowledge on skills with Adobe Suits; knowledge of video a plus 
• Layout, production, and other design principles 
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion 
• Strong print and digital design background including concept development and production 
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and is able to work with a range of disciplines (marketing, creative, productions, etc.) 
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies 
• Lead and direct the production of all creative assets 
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met 
• Storyboarding, motion graphics and video experience 
• Flexible and multi-functional to handle ever changing priorities 
• Strong ability to successfully communicate design direction 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
