Seeking a Consumer Insights Consultant to join a major healthcare client in Minnetonka.  This is a long term contract role with a healthcare giant!  All candidates must be located in the Minneapolis Market. Remote work is not an option at this time.

Specific Duties: 
1. Manage day - to - day research activities and collaborate effectively with a variety of partners 
2. Consult with internal business partners. Understand business objectives and develop research plans to effectively address informational needs, from project design to final recommendation 
3. Conduct research studies and present findings to stakeholders 
4. Represent the voice - of - the - member in business decisions through presentations, reporting, meeting participation and ad hoc inquiries 
5. Analyze data to uncover stories and themes and concisely present findings in a digestible manner 
6. Draft executive summaries for upper management 
7. Manage sample requests for research studies and ensure quality of output 
8. Coordinate sharing of data with internal stakeholders 
9. Partner with procurement to obtain and define statement of work agreements 
10. Lead team invoicing efforts and budget management 
11. Manage secondary research subscriptions and intake requests 
12. Help manage content plan for the team newsletter 

Must have qualifications/experience: 
1. Bachelor’s Degree (any 4 year degree) or higher 
2. Experience managing consumer - based quantitative and qualitative primary marketing research (or primary research) 
3. Consumer marketing research experience required 
4. Ability to identify research objectives and appropriate research methodologies (ie: Max Diff, concept testing, loyalty studies, brand study, focus interviews, etc)
