Job Description:

Our team is responsible for the cartographic representation and information on our map across all end-user products. As part of this mission, the team also supports the creation of specialized maps for specific product vertical goals. 

Overall Responsibilities: 
This position will primarily focus on creating new map visualization concepts for end-users across multiple product areas. 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
Create and iterate on map-based visualizations to support internal partner initiatives 
Work with a cross-functional team of peers to generate clear end-user goals and deliverables 
Support the evolution of the product through advancement of our base map. 

Skill/Experience/Education 
Mandatory:
 
-Portfolio demonstrating breadth of work and impact across previous roles.

-2-3+ years experience working in applied UX Design in consumer/enterprise product.

-Strong sense of typographical, information organization, and hierarchy principles.

-Experience with design tools such as Sketch, and Adobe CC.

-Experience working within an established product space and working within the constraints set by an overarching design system and technical foundation.

-Prototyping experience highly desirable.

-Education: Design Degree 

Desired:
Plus for experience in applied data visualization. Cartography experience or other mapping frameworks
