Job Description:

As a production designer you will work with a team of world-class designers and developers to create great experiences for millions of users. Our ideal candidate is an exceptional problem solver with an extreme attention to details that can do great work in a fast paced, collaborative, studio environment that values creativity, innovation, and hard work. We are not looking for pixel pushers. We are looking for designers who like to push projects over the goal line. People who can iterate, inform, and extend design. 
Work with interaction, visual, motion designers and developers to determine best way to execute designs 

Create detailed design specifications including redlines 

Output and organize files into a consistent structure for development handoff 

Create high fidelity images under tight deadlines 

Build and maintain a design language system with UX principles, interaction patterns, UI components, and functional specifications for internal and third party developers 

Manage the design process by setting people’s expectations, driving decisions, and tracking issues. 

Articulate design work and rationale to teams, peers, and executives for review and feedback

Collaborate with Design, Program, and Engineering teams from design concept to design solution, UX guidelines, asset production, and bug fixes to ensure quality all the way to market. 
required skills 

Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related design discipline. 

3+ years of experience as a UX designer, UI designer, information architect, or similar role. 

Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch 

Experience with mobile and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. 
preferred skills 

Experience testing software applications on device for quality assurance 

Experience filing bugs and working with engineers to get them resolved 

Experience working with redlines and UI specifications 

Passion for pixel perfection 

Knowledge of usability principles and techniques 

Excellent people, project, and time management skills to perform as a project leader or individual contributor in a collaborative team environment 

Interaction design expertise 

Visual design experience 

Prototyping experience 

Motion graphic experience 

Experience designing for Android and iOS systems 

An online portfolio or samples of work that demonstrate your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web-based tools, mobile applications, and consumer electronics.
