Marketing & Procurement PM
Candidate will assist a team of two, responsible for completing all company global procurement and third party lifecycle management requirements within the Corporate Affairs & Communications department.
Must have experience in Ariba, Word, Excel, and familiarity with company’s global supplier management (GSM) and third party lifecycle management (TLM) program.
Candidate will assist the director and manager with various steps in the onboarding cycle, report review and issues management requiring research with teams across the company.
Candidate will help organize and maintain third party files and liaise with the larger department to ensure guidelines are being followed and valid documentation is in place for all engagements globally.
Must have a Bachelor's degree, experience using Ariba, Word and Excel and experience with Amex procurement and TLM processes. 3rd party Contract and compliance management within Amex.
