Job Description:

Seeking a Marketing Production Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating print programs in support of marketing services and operations for the enterprise. This position ensures that services and materials meet specifications and business rules, costs are appropriate/on budget, and adherence to regulatory/ privacy rules and deadlines are met. 6 Month contract role with a major healthcare company! Contributes to department work streams and new or improved methods or processes to support increased efficiencies, economies and operational excellence. Contribute to overall planning, budgeting and reporting progress against program objectives. Participate in vendor evaluations where required. 

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 
Following appropriate processes and timelines to support sales and marketing initiatives. Supports the print production team through assigned project tasks including specifying print production details for printed collateral, gathering cost estimates from approved suppliers, managing print production projects from vendor selection through delivery, and uploading art and data when needed. Supports back-end activities such as issuing purchase requisitions, job scheduling and tracking and invoice reconciliation and reporting.

Requires 2-3 years marketing service/operations; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Strong written and verbal communication skills highly important. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required. Self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize multiple varied tasks simultaneously. Print production experience desirable.
