Seeking a User Experience Marketing Manager to lead the development, testing and continuous improvement of digital experiences for the Medicare & Retirement Brand and Growth team at a major healthcare client in Minnetonka. This role will oversee marketing campaign user experience including the development of new pages and the optimization of existing pages. This roll will work with creative teams to develop copy, imagery and calls to action for our pages. This role will also oversee testing and performance reporting for all campaign landing pages. The successful candidate will have experience with direct response digital marketing, landing page development and project management and experience with content authoring is desired. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also a must – success in this role will depend on developing strong relationships with stakeholders including analytics, creative, project management and agency partners to be successful. 

Required Qualifications 
• Bachelors Degree 
• 5+ years of experience of building and improving direct-to-consumer websites and landing pages 
• Experience with digital marketing in a conversion-based environment 
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment, with a proven ability to lead by influence 
• Ability to interpret web analytics into actionable insights and trends 
• Ability to manage matrixed team to deliver projects on time and budget 

Preferred Qualifications 
• Demonstrated experience optimizing user experiences to meet conversion goals 
• Agency experience or experience in a similarly deadline driven environment 
• Healthcare marketing experience (or experience in a similarly regulated environment) 
• Experience supporting direct response digital marketing campaigns 
• Ability to support web analytics and reporting (Adobe, Google) 
• Experience with automated testing tools (Adobe Target) 
• Experience with content authoring tools (Adobe preferred) 

Primary Responsibilities 
• Work with leadership to develop and maintain a user experience strategic roadmap, outlining functional improvements and new development priorities 
• Communicate roadmap progress and showcase new release features to Marketing stakeholders 
• Manage landing page readiness to ensure content, creative and page functionality are compliant, high quality and reflective of the overarching marketing strategy 
• Manage cross functional development teams to ensure delivery from internal stakeholders and agency partners 
• Manage development budgets and timelines with agency partners 
• Work closely with marketing content team to produce compelling, high-value page content 
• Work with analytics team to provide ongoing landing page performance reporting 
• Work with Analytics to identify performance insights and develop UX action plans against those insights 
• Oversee landing page testing plan and work with digital, analytics and agency partners to execute the plan 
• Collaborate with digital media team to improve conversion performance of campaign pages, a foundational understanding of digital media and direct response marketing will be helpful
