Our Leading Confectionery Candy Client is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist- University
Supports execution of the Client's University IT college agenda through effective project and delivery management globally.
Project Manages IT College initiatives from start to end, working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Manages metrics and quality improvement plans for service delivery, performance and customer adoption to ensure performance meets customer expectations and agreements
Ensures effective planning and administration of services and events across the global team
Manages global suppliers within scope of the role and benchmarks services
Responsible for LMS input and reporting
Executes communication and marketing of curriculum when necessary
Maintains IT College website execution and updates
Key point of contact for participants attending IT College learning programs in assigned region
Context and Scope
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and a high for partnering and influencing across a global team
Works with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders globally
Works as a part of a global team to provide consistency of approach across regions
The role holder needs to be proactive to business needs and find the right balance between unique needs and what we are capable of delivering.
Education & Professional Qualification
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree
Desired: Experience and knowledge of learning and development methodologies and technologies. Marketing, selling, and strong communications/influencing skills a plus.
3-5 year’s experience in a consulting or service organization. Proven ability to develop, deliver and manage services through others.
