Job Description:

Aquent's client is seeking an e-Commerce Digital Marketing Brand Manager to oversee all marketing & growth efforts for their brand. Reporting to the President / COO, you will lead the marketing team and work closely with the merchandise, e-commerce, and design teams to orchestrate marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention at scale.

You will develop, coordinate & execute marketing strategies covering a variety of platforms including email, paid & organic social, influencers, SEO/SEM, and webstore. You will set KPIs, analyze performance, and identify optimizations to achieve revenue & profitability goals.

The must-have is PPC experience!   You must have previous experience supporting a budget of 125k-150k, but preferably 250k-300k.  The second must have is experience managing 100,000 + emails going out to managers and their teams.  Our client strongly prefers a candidate with an apparel industry background.  Must-have a physical consumer product goods and B2C background. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan & manage the execution of monthly sales and promotions calendar

  • Develop multi-channel marketing strategies for new products

  • Drive new customer acquisition with a strong understanding of CPA goals

  • Increase Customer Lifetime Value through effective segmentation and targeted promotions

  • Manage paid social campaign strategy, optimization, and implementation

  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure profitable ROI across all marketing efforts

  • Prioritize marketing projects and ensure efficient execution with available resources

  • Audit webstore experience for customer experience and conversion rate optimizations

Education/Experience:

  • 5+ years in e-Commerce marketing & branding role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related area required (this is a PLUS not required to have a bachelor)

  • Experience developing & optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies

  • Knowledge of Shopify (or other CMS), Mailchimp or Klaviyo, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics

  • Proficient in data analysis and delivering actionable insights

  • Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize a diverse workload

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience marketing to a Gaming audience

  • Experience working with clients and/or external stakeholders

  • Knowledge of Email Marketing strategies and trends

  • Knowledge of Influencer Marketing strategies and trends
