We are seeking a mid-level contractor/contingent worker to be part of our Client Communications team. This talented individual will: • Develop communications plans and tactics to help business areas meet goals and objectives. • Create compelling, benefit-focused communications to support our products and services, including financial and technical communications, promotional materials, videos, sales presentations and digital and social content. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop joint communications tactics. Basic Requirements • 5 years of professional work experience in a business-to-business communication role. • Robust written and oral communications skills, including experience creating content for digital, social, email, and direct mail. • Strong client focus. • Ability to work quickly, be flexible and keep a cool head under pressure while delivering work under tight deadlines. • Creative, self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Keen attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related discipline. Preferred Skills • Experience in the primary or secondary mortgage market.
