Job Description:

  • This is for a 2 month temporary assignment with potential to extend
  • Must have proof of eligibility to work in the US as W2 employee, Sponsorship is not available

 

One of our leading entertainment brands is looking for a Administrative Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator. 

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist with administrative projects related to recruiting including job description tracking and organizing, social media tracking, and building org charts for recruiting projects.
  • Must be proficient with Google GSuite including Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
  • Must have strong administrative and project management skills and be very detail oriented
  • Marketing Analyst OR Recruiting/HR experience a plus
  • Experience with Jobvite a plus
