We’re looking for a Graphic Designer that has a solid understanding of design and a passion for all things Brand. You should have a strong grasp on creating and executing work for major events, brand activations, event collateral, landing pages, emails, display banners, and social media from concept to production.
Attention to detail is a must; strong typographic sensibilities and an outstanding work ethic required. Helpful: you have a willingness to learn, and the ability to take direction from Creative Directors and Stakeholders.
Additionally, you will be responsible for design and execution, edits/changes and revisions, generating all finished art files for release internally and to vendors, maintaining file organization, archiving work for audit and utilizing file naming procedures. You’ll need to maintain quality standards and ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed our standards.
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
Execute and create work alongside senior members of our creative team and stakeholders
Utilize industry best practices and proprietary data to influence your work and direction
Be responsible for designing and versioning event collateral, email, landing pages, display banners, social media posts, and digital experiences
Work with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Acrobat, Premiere) to accomplish detailed/structured production mechanical files
Seamlessly translate mechanical files into production-ready assets
Maintain both our line of business and brand standards as it relates to your work
Proof and perform quality control
Document and store your work through a variety of web-based platforms
You’re a great fit for this position if you have:
You have a stellar portfolio that shows the mastery of your craft and flexibility across channels
1-5 years of experience
Energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
You have a keen eye for detail and know how to create harmony between your thoughts and process
The ability to multi-task: you know how to handle more than one assignment at a time while staying organized and prioritizing commitments while being communicative to your other team members
Extensive knowledge of commonly used design software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat & Sketch)
Strong working knowledge of business application software (GSuite, PowerPoint)
You can effectively present work to Creative Directors and Business Stakeholders
The ability to take feedback from and collaborate with Creative Directors, other team members and Business Stakeholders (this is a must)
