Job Description:

— Understand what are the required features and UX standards to be incorporated on the platform.
— Receive guidelines and consultation on making our games work on mobile and the “play anywhere” ecosystem
— Collaborate with and support user experience team targeted at crafting the platform experience for players, developers, and publishers
— Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams working closely with developers in order to ensure the platform supports their needs
— Identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities to scale emerging platform patterns to partners in development as they work to get content onto the platform
— Orchestrate successful delivery for multiple projects simultaneously


— Experience designing cross-platform, responsive experiences for mobile, tablet, desktop 
— Experience pitching, presenting to, and partnering with external entities in order to ensure successful collaboration that meets players’ and business needs
— Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team 
— Able to add structure to ambiguity 
— BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
— 4 years of industry experience.

— Exposure to the game development world (including design process and workflow tools) 
— Experience working with members of the game industry 
— Platform UX, UX for TV, entertainment 
— Experience with spatial design patterns
