Associate Program Manager 

Really exciting opportunity to work with the Program Management team of a creative, passionate, and innovative retail/e-commerce comapny. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating execution of individual components within social marketing programs and channels, from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. Programs include deliverables across all social marketing channels (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and emerging channels—including live video within each). Manage program schedules across initiatives and pro-actively communicate expectations and milestones to all team members. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Help manage end-to-end social marketing programs across multiple channels with varying timelines and deliverables 
• Create and publish comprehensive schedules, set interim milestone meetings, and proactively monitor progress to achieve deadlines and results 
• Foster partnerships with Social Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative, Content Production, Photo Studio, Merchandising, Resourcing, and Publishing. Clearly and actively communicate requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle 
• Support upfront strategic development with Social and Campaign Marketing counterparts to ensure cross-functional alignment milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met 
• Partner laterally with creative and content production on timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates, and helps support analytics and hind-sighting post launch 
 

Manage day-to-day tasks of program planning and execution: 
o Communicate strategic milestones and brief due dates to marketing partners; ensure information is available and complete 
o Populate agendas and meeting cadence for planning, kick-off, art direction, pre-pro, photoshoots, and reviews 
o Open jobs and build job folders with project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final program archive of job info 
o Track schedules, updates reports and communicates program status to key stakeholders through weekly status meetings and online tools (Workfront) 
o Help identify photo shoot capacity across channels and partner with Creative and Content Production for shoot execution and retouching milestones 
o Ensure product delivery for photography is tracking to program schedule 
o Route creative to marketing partners and ensure feedback is clear, actionable and received on time 
o Facilitate passing off of creative assets to publishing for posting 
o Ensure completion of all assets briefed, and track final hand-offs, QA, publishing, and live dates 
o Help facilitate urgent social media requests and rallies all parties involved to meet the business need under tight, often high-pressure timelines 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 
3+ years’ experience in project, or program management in marketing required 
• College degree or equivalent experience 
• Creative project management experience required; agency experience preferred 
• Social media marketing and/or corporate retail experience a plus 
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint Smartsheet, Box, Workfront, ProofHQ preferred 
• Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus 
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results 
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented 
• Strong time management skills; ability to troubleshoot, juggle multiple projects and prioritize 
• High energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment 
• Passion for brand, social media, our programs, audience, and marketing
