For approx. 11 months or longer, as part of the consumer marketing team at a Fortune 500 multi-national tech company in Montain View, CA, you’ll be supporting the execution of go-to-market plans, such as sponsorships, co-marketing campaigns, and marketing events.
Aquent's client is looking for someone who is a self-starter and able to manage multiple projects independently.
-Project manage the execution of various sponsorships of events including:
> Manage integration of branding into the livestream, physical event, and comms
> Update marketing assets as needed, according to creative guidelines
> Source and ship devices to professional mobile gamers and influencers
-Manage partner brand assets for co-marketing campaigns including:
> Coordinate with game developers and creative agencies to produce and update marketing materials according to creative guidelines, such as digital banners, pre-roll videos, and social
> Prepare partnership decks with updated game IP and verify content with respective cross-functional teams
-Coordinate event logistics for marketing events including:
>Coordinate logistics such as comms, catering, photography, swag, transportation, etc.
-BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
-1-3; years relevant work experience in marketing or program management
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects with limited oversight and direction
-Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to pay attention to detail, while prioritizing across multiple projects
-Ability to work flexible hours, with occasional evening meetings with APAC
-Interest and experience working in gaming or technology
